“An excellent teacher with a lovely nurturing and relaxed style.”

Janet Livingstone

“Colchester’s prolific yoga community has been blessed with a teacher in the Sivananda style. Ceri remains true to the essence of this school while approaching the subject with unique qualities of her own.”

Mike W. Arnold

“Ceri is a deeply caring yoga teacher with a great depth of practice behind her. She works hard to ensure that the class is non-competitive but that it equally produces the best for each participant. Classes are well structured and varied with Ceri taking a real interest in each member. She has a wonderfully calm manner. I thoroughly enjoy her classes and can recommend her expertise to anyone.”

Judy Hutchings

“Having done a yoga retreat in India, I can really say that Ceri is teaching the deeper message of yoga as it was initially thought of, and not the way it has become in the Western world. Also, Ceri is very knowledgeable, prepared and very sweet in her approach.”

Valeria Cataldo

“I am quite a stressed person and find Ceri’s calm approach and vast knowledge invaluable. Changing my attitude which I hope will continue to improve.”
